Faq’s
Payment is always done through the app to avoid complications and handle potential disputes as well as safety concerns. We will transmit payment to your coach once your sessions are completed. This ensures you are not paying for unused sessions.
We background check all trainers to ensure there is no reason to assume any trouble is coming your way. It is very important that you take it upon yourself anytime meeting anyone in person to do so in a safe environment and always let a friend or loved one know when you are having a session. Normal safety precautions should always be taken whether or not someone has a criminal record of any kind or not. Here at MOOV, we take several steps to ensure our students and trainees are as protected as possible both physically and financially.
We do not allow any type of sponsored review format or payment for good reviews. Reviews are 100% at the discretion of the student or trainee. That being said, in some cases, an issue good arise that gets resolved, so we do allow a student to review a review in that event.
At no point is there any type of obligation to continue with any given coach. Having our protection of holding funds, in the event of cancellation of a booked session that is not completed, your money will be returned to you. If a session has been completed, we cannot offer a refund for not liking a coach. This is to respect the time of coaches and trainees alike. We suggest researching the coach and having a quick interview prior to booking in most cases to avoid issues like this.
Yes! If you have paid for a training but have not completed it and decide you no longer want to undergo that training, you will be refunded for your booked session so long as cancellation is done within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Training hours vary by location, trainer specialty, and training type. Virtual sessions and In Person sessions will be available under each coaches profile for review and booking.
